Sponsorship Information

Being a sponsor is an instrumental part of our success. With the monies that are donated we are able to pay for food, equipment, give-aways and even substitute teachers when needed.

Career Center [See details]

Career Center/Evening Adult Forum Information

As an exhibitor in the Career Center you will be able to display your company to students and teachers during the daytime CCD event. The Adult Career Forum will be Wednesday evening from 3 p.m. ‐ 5 p.m. The exhibits will be provided with a 6‐8 ft table and electricity if needed. Breakfast, lunch and a late afternoon snack (Wednesday only) will also be provided for the exhibitors.

Companies providing exhibits are automatically considered Silver Sponsors due to the time commitment; however we would be happy to have you as a sponsor as well.


Learning Lab [See details]

Learning Labs Information

Labs are visited by groups of students on a schedule throughout each day of the event. The learning labs are hands-on activities and should last approximately 20 minutes. Breakfast and Lunch will provided to learning lab volunteers.

Companies providing learning labs are automatically considered Platinum Sponsors due to the time commitment; however we would be happy to have you as a sponsor as well.


Donation [See details]

Donation Information

Any registration large or small, such as water, gift certificates, discount coupons, admissions tickets, promotional merchandise, etc. can be used as either prize give-a-ways for student participation or for the 'goody bags' distributed to approximately 2,000 students throughout the event. Registration of food for the volunteers at breakfast and lunch is also needed and appreciated.

Equipment Display [See details]

Equipment Display Information

At the event students have the opportunity to test out their abilities on pieces of heavy equipment. The students are supervised while in the equipment display area.

Companies providing equipment are automatically considered Platinum Sponsors due to the time commitment; however we would be happy to have you as a sponsor as well.


Volunteer [See details]

Volunteer Information

At the event we need volunteers to help guide student groups through their days schedule. In addition, certified equipment operators are needed to help students operate the heavy equipment. Volunteers will be provided with breakfast, lunch and water throughout the day.
